What if I'm interested in talking to you about my pet, but I don't want to schedule anything yet?

Contact us! We're always happy to "meet" people over the phone or via email and talk about potential service needs. We promise never to be pushy or try to "hook you" with a scripted sales pitch - we're real people and we'll answer the phone that way. 

I don't want my pet to be photographed for your promo materials. Is this a problem?

Absolutely not! We understand and respect the need for complete privacy, and will do everything in our power to maintain yours. If you would like your pet to be excluded from our promotional materials and social media advertising, please submit your preferences in writing, and we will be happy to follow your wishes.

You say I can pay online. How do I do that?

It's easy! Once your service is booked with us, we will send you an invoice that contains your full service breakdown and total. That invoice will contain a payment button and will give you the option to pay via credit card through Square - a secure payment process that we use here at Walks & Wags .
